Anti-Tire Abrasion Suspension

Electrophoresis Painting

Corrosion resistant and strong print adhesiveness up to 9 years. The whole body painting process makes sure no spots are missed and gives the best anti-rust performance.

Landing Gear

Vehicle Master or JOST landing gear can be optioned made in aluminum or steel; designed to work under both high and low temperature in the range of -30ºC to 120ºC.

National Welding Standard

All the welding is supervised with national highest standards, while automatic welding robots are incorporated. 30 minutes longer than the normal welding time ensures the best results.

Full Thickness Steel Plate

10 mm steel plate, can be as thick as 10.9 mm, special custom-made with 0.98‰ titanium and niobium, which ensures the high strength of the beam and frame.
